Great location close to the train station and town center. The spa facilities are first-class, as well as the breakfast buffet and dinner. The staff is also friendly and professional.
While the spa and food were amazing, the construction was a major drawback. The ongoing construction noise disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to concentrate during the day.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has exceptional staff, providing spacious and clean rooms with modern amenities. the spa facilities are excellent, perfect for those looking to unwind and relax. the location is splendid, just a few minutes away from the train station and the center of the city, providing easy access to everything one might need. the breakfast buffet is fabulous, and the dinner includes varied menus every day, providing unexpectedly good food.
That the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was magical! the room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a stunning view of the mountains and river. the spa facilities were outstanding. We enjoyed the two great spa areas and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also loved the five-course dinner menu and the amazing breakfast buffet. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the quaint town center.
Although our overall experience was fantastic, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. It wasn't a big issue, but it could have been faster.

Beautiful modern hotel with two great spa areas. Friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast included. Exceptional rooms. Wonderful room upgrade with sauna, chimney, and practical kitchen. Superb view of mountains and river from balcony. Outstanding spa facilities. Alpine location easy to reach by train.
